Job summary

DocGo seeks an EMS System Status Management Supervisor in King of Prussia, PA for coordinating regional EMS operations and deploying units efficiently. You will handle incoming radio/phone communications, track CAD data, and ensure timely responses across the system.

The role demands strong communication, admin/tech support experience, EMT/EMD certification, and the ability to balance field needs with program goals. 12-hour shifts and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4 years of progressively responsible admin/technical support experience.
• EMT or EMD certification required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• Paramedic certification preferred; ACLS and PALS for Paramedics.
• NIMS IS-100, 200, 700, 800 courses completed.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily operation of the regional EMS system.
• Answer incoming radio and phone calls from field units; perform searches in CAD.
• Record information via telephone or radio in CAD or databases.
• Coordinate daily deployment of EMS units within the program.
• Track unit status; communicate for optimal service and next-call readiness.
• Monitor time on task and unit availability; ensure accountability in CAD.
• Administer and facilitate inter-facility transfers.
• Provide courteous, professional service to patients, coworkers and the public.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch CAD calls; provide top-tier customer service.
