Job summary

Worlds of Fun seeks an Emergency Medical Services & First Aid Supervisor to lead EMS and First Aid operations across the park, ensuring prompt, compliant medical response and documentation. You will coordinate with medical directors, healthcare partners, and incident command during emergencies while managing equipment readiness and staffing.

The role requires supervisory experience, EMT certification, and a focus on adherence to EMS regulations, patient care quality, and injury management

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in EMS, Healthcare Administration, Emergency Management, Public Safety, Occupational Health, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current EMT certification or ability to obtain and maintain certification.
• Minimum three years EMS, emergency response, healthcare operations, or medical services experience.
• Minimum one year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience administering workers' compensation programs, injury management programs, or claims-related processes.
• Strong knowledge of EMS operations, patient care documentation, and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee EMS and First Aid operations, staffing, and emergency medical response throughout the park.
• Ensure compliance with EMS regulations, medical protocols, physician medical direction, and company standards.
• Monitor service levels, response performance, patient care documentation, and clinical quality metrics.
• Coordinate with medical directors, healthcare partners, and emergency response agencies.
• Maintain medical readiness for daily operations and events.
• Provide training, onboarding, and field development for EMS staff.
• Prepare and manage budgets, expenses, and procurement of medical equipment.
