Superior Ambulance Service, Inc. is seeking a Cash Application Representative to support revenue cycle activities in our in-office Accounts Receivable team. You will post payments, interpret EOBs, balance batches, and route denials for resolution.

The role requires 1–2 years in cash posting or healthcare AR, familiarity with EMS billing, and strong data entry with Excel. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in cash posting or healthcare AR.
• EMS/Ambulance billing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with billing software (RescueNet or EMS software).
• Strong data entry and Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Post incoming payments to patient accounts accurately.
• Interpret EOBs and ERAs to allocate liabilities.
• Reconcile daily batches with deposits.
• Route denials and recoupments to the billing team.
