Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Guide, lead, review, and manage staff and instructors.
  • Coordinate schedules, evaluate delivery, operation and inventory.
  • Work with subject matter experts for curriculum development.
  • Develop short-term goals and implement program objectives.
  • Ensure accreditation compliance and policy adherence.
  • Maintain a positive, respectful environment within the unit.
  • Liaise with departments and external agencies; communicate appropriately.
  • Prepare for and attend community meetings and professional events.
  • Develop and manage annual department budgets.
