Chattahoochee Technical College is seeking an Assistant Clinical Coordinator/Instructor for the Emergency Medical Services program. The part-time role will coordinate student rotations, supervise field experiences, and deliver instruction in classes or labs to ensure mastery of outcomes as outlined in the syllabus.

Candidates should hold a Georgia Paramedic license with National Registry certification, plus 3 years EMS field experience.

Qualificações

• Licensed Georgia Paramedic (National Registry Certified).
• 3 years’ experience in the EMS field.
• Associate degree or higher from a regionally accredited college or university.
• GA EMS Instructor/Coordinator License (EMT, AEMT, or Paramedic).
• Experience teaching within an EMS program.
• Experience with Blackboard or similar LMS.

Responsabilidades

• Work with the Clinical Coordinator on student rotation placements and site visits to monitor clinical progress.
• Instruct students in accordance with program policies in assigned class or lab to ensure learning outcomes.
• Fill in as needed in case of absence of other instructors.
• Mentor, tutor, and advise EMS program students; motivate active participation.
• Proctor written exams and evaluate psychomotor skills in lab and practical settings.
• Operate laboratory equipment and maintain lab spaces with faculty support.
• Attend recruitment events and respond to communications promptly.
• Complete required professional development and other college duties.
