Job summary

J&T Business Consulting has an opening for an Operations Manager in Seymour, CT, leading EMS/PCBA manufacturing and warehousing with a focus on SQDCP performance.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will drive lean initiatives, optimize SMT line utilization, and mentor supervisors while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, and ITAR standards to deliver on-time, quality products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership in EMS/contract manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, and ITAR environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant manufacturing and warehouse operations with SQDCP focus.
• Lead daily stand-ups and resolve bottlenecks to ensure OTD.
• Develop workforce through training and cross-training programs.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/ITAR and safety standards.
