The role requires extensive EMS/PCBA experience, hands-on SMT/PCB tooling knowledge, and a track record of building high-performing engineering teams in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years engineering in EMS/contract manufacturing.
• Experience leading NPI in high-reliability SMT/PCBA environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead Engineering and Document Control functions and KPI delivery.
• Mentor and upskill engineering staff across disciplines.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma and cost/productivity improvements.
• Oversee NPI lifecycle and manufacturing documentation.
• Ensure ISO, aerospace, defense, and medical regulatory alignment.
