J T is seeking a Manufacturing Technical Engineering Manager to lead the electronics manufacturing services team. The role manages Technical Engineering, documentation, and SMT programming in a high-mix PCBA environment, bridging client data with floor-ready production.

The candidate will mentor staff, establish workflows and data readiness, and collaborate across operations, QA, and supply chain to ensure on-time production and continuous improvement in SMT programming and process documentation.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in EMS, SMT programming, or manufacturing engineering.
• Supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience in high-mix PCB assembly environments.
• IPC-A-610 certification or training desired.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee Technical Engineering, docs, and SMT programming.
• Establish workflows, metrics, and cross-training to remove single-person dependencies.
• Coordinate with Operations, Process Engineering, QA, PM, Supply Chain to align data readiness with schedules.
• Onboard and train staff in Component Identification and IPC-A-610 standards.
• Direct intake, conversion, validation, and release of BOMs, Gerber, CAD layouts, centroid/pick-and-place files.
