Responsibilities

• Lead technical applications support, product management, and customer process development.
• Analyze customer manufacturing processes and recommend optimized production solutions.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies utilizing SMT and PCBA technologies.
• Collaborate with manufacturing principals and internal sales teams for business development.
• Develop and conduct technical training programs for customers and personnel.
