Job summary

MMT Ambulance is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Columbus, OH to lead EMS teams during ambulance transports and ensure compliant patient care. The role includes staff training, ensuring accurate documentation, and adherence to policies within a fast-paced environment.

You will manage field operations, coordinate equipment checks, and participate in continuing education while maintaining professional interactions with patients and healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• CPR certification current and valid.
• Driver's license with clean driving record.
• ACLS or ALS recommended by the medical director.
• State EMT/Paramedic license or NREMT with reciprocity.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor teams and manage high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely submission of timesheets and payroll documentation.
• Lead, train, and supervise junior staff and students as assigned.
• Deliver competent patient care in pre-hospital settings within scope of practice.
• Screen and select candidates using ATS and maintain documentation.
• Adhere to policies, maintain professional interactions, and ensure quality EMS charts.
