Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous quality improvement through clinical management and protocol compliance.
• Coordinate operations during times of disaster.
• Supervise the daily operations of the field.
• Provide support to crews and daily direction to field personnel.
• Collect paperwork and generate reports for management.
• Interact daily with fire, police, hospital, physician groups and other service providers regarding the integration and delivery of services.
