Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee field personnel to ensure compassionate, high-quality care.
• Coordinate operations during disaster and peak periods.
• Document issues and coordinate resolutions with customers and management.
• Support care-giving staff in resource allocation after critical incidents.
• Schedule crews and ensure unit readiness at shift starts.
• Function as an EMT as needed and assist with controlled substances tasks.
• Provide guidance, performance feedback, and career development support.
• Help resolve employee grievances and communicate with HR as needed.
