Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking an EMS Operations Supervisor to lead field crews in the Bronx, NY. You will supervise daily operations, coordinate during disasters, and ensure timely patient care per company protocols. Weekend and overnight shifts are required.

Ideal candidates have EMS field experience, supervisory history, and NYS EMT certification. High school diploma is required; higher education in business or healthcare is preferred.

Qualifications

• EMS Field Experience required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Instructor or Field Training Officer experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations during emergencies and disasters.
• Schedule crews and ensure unit readiness and timely run reports.
• Provide support to field personnel and assist with resource acquisition.
• Communicate information to management and partner with HR for employee welfare.
• Interact with public safety and hospital partners to integrate services.
