Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance to dispatch and field staff.
• Manages EMS shift scheduling and fielding book-offs.
• Ensures bases have adequate equipment for efficient deployments.
• Evaluates Specialty Care Transport trips for compliance.
• Acts as team leader and represents the Company professionally.
