- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Lead daily EMS operations and inter-facility transport initiatives
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and hiring to ensure optimal coverage
- Ensure compliance with EMS protocols and safety regulations
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Respond to operational disruptions with effective crisis management
- Maintain fleet readiness and unit readiness
