Qualifications

• 3+ years of Commercial EMS experience.
• Willingness to travel extensively for out-of-town projects.
• Flexibility for day and night schedules.
• Occasional weekend or holiday work when project needs require it.
• Ability to read and understand construction blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting and field problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to make sound decisions and resolve issues without requiring immediate assistance.
• Comfortable working with technology, including laptops and mobile devices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and support technicians.
• Ability to follow project specifications, installation standards, and directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining safety standards and assisting with employee training.
• Completing daily time entry and required documentation.
• Communicating field conditions and supporting other project requirements as needed.
• Leading by example and ensuring workmanship quality on EMS installations.
• Training and developing newer team members in the field.
