You will gain exposure to EMS installation, wiring, devices, and controls, with a clear path to grow into a skilled technician and future leader within the EMS team.

Qualifications

• No previous commercial EMS experience required.
• Interest in learning commercial EMS, Refrigeration, HVAC controls, and field installation.
• Willingness to travel extensively for out-of-town projects.
• Flexibility to work both day and night schedules.
• Availability for occasional weekend or holiday work when project needs require it.
• Ability to follow directions, project requirements, and safety procedures carefully.
• Good problem‑solving skills and a willingness to ask questions and learn from experienced team members.
• Comfortable using technology, including laptops and mobile devices.
• Ability to communicate professionally with Foremen, technicians, vendors, and support personnel.
• Dependable attendance, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
