The Consultant will lead and support projects across EMS, fire services and Medicaid financing, managing client relationships and delivering data-driven analyses and reports.

Remote work is supported with some travel; the role emphasizes business development, proposal writing, stakeholder engagement, and delivering practical solutions for public sector clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Five or more years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in public-sector consulting, healthcare financing, Medicaid programs, EMS/fire services, reimbursement, financial analysis, or related fields preferred.
• Experience managing client-facing projects and developing technical deliverables preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews EMS, fire services, Medicaid financing, reimbursement programs and provides strategic guidance.
• Manages client relationships, conducts research and develops reports and recommendations.
• Leads proposal development, coordinating contributors and preparing submissions.
• Develops written client-facing materials and financial analyses.
• Supports business development, opportunity tracking and client communications.
