The Consultant will support and lead EMS, fire service, healthcare financing, Medicaid reimbursement, and public-sector consulting initiatives, working with state agencies, local governments, and providers to analyze complex policy and financial challenges and develop practical, data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in a related field.
• Five or more years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in public-sector consulting and healthcare financing is preferred.
• Experience managing client-facing projects and delivering technical deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects focusing on EMS, fire service, and Medicaid financing.
• Analyze policy, operations, and financial challenges for public-sector clients.
• Develop reports, recommendations, and client-facing materials.
• Manage client relationships and contribute to business development.
