Public Consulting Group is seeking a remote Senior Consultant to support EMS, fire services, and healthcare financing projects for state and local agencies. You will analyze policy, financial, and operational challenges and deliver practical, data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Five+ years of relevant professional experience.
Experience in public-sector consulting, healthcare financing, EMS/fire services, reimbursement, financial analysis, or related fields preferred.
Experience managing client-facing projects and developing technical deliverables preferred.

Responsibilities

Reviews EMS, fire services, Medicaid financing, reimbursement programs.
Evaluates client programs and improves operational effectiveness and financial sustainability.
Analyzes and interprets federal and state laws, regulations, policies, and reimbursement methodologies.
Leads proposal development efforts and coordinates contributors.
