You will lead content development, manage client deliverables, and coordinate SMEs while monitoring risks and ensuring on‑time delivery. Remote work with travel <15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as specified in qualifications.
• 7+ years of experience in public safety consulting or related field services with supervisory responsibility.
• Experience supporting or leading proposal development, project management, and client delivery.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Governance lead across the PSCS portfolio; ensure consistency, quality and efficiency in delivery approaches and processes.
• Lead and coordinate proposal development, including content strategy, compliance, and submission timelines.
• Provide hands-on project management oversight across multiple projects; track milestones and risks.
• Coordinate internal staff and external SMEs across projects and pursuits; manage subcontractor bench and capacity.
• Engage stakeholders; support client onboarding, meetings, and executive communications.
• Develop, review, and refine client deliverables; ensure quality across all materials.
