Job summary

ESO, a data, technology, and research company improving community health and safety through software for EMS, fire departments, and hospitals, is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Fire and EMS domains. You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, owning backlogs across multiple teams and communicating value to stakeholders.

You will leverage AI tools to draft user stories, map dependencies, and triage requests, while partnering with design and engineering in a product trio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or product ownership.
• Experience using AI tools for efficiency and prototype building.
• Strong Agile and Scrum knowledge with mentoring experience.
• Ability to communicate product vision to stakeholders.
