• Prepare accounts receivable covering rents, loan payments and mortgages.
• Monitor tasks performed by staff including bills, statements, vouchers, receipts, and reports.
• Prepare transcripts and review journals; monitor bank receipts and receivables.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and overseeing budgets with fund availability.
• Process cash receipts and disbursements; reconcile ledgers and generate monthly/year-end reports.
• Provide high-level customer service and support EMS Finance functions; assist with grants and procurement processes.
