Responsibilities

• Prepare accounts receivable for rents, loan payments and mortgages.
• Monitor tasks such as checking bills, statements, vouchers, receipts and reports.
• Prepare transcripts and review journals; monitor bank receipts and receivables.
• Assist with budgets, forecasting and overseeing costs; advise on funds.
• Reconcile ledgers and generate monthly, quarterly and year-end reports.
• Assist in grant proposals, modifications, renewals and special requests.
• Prepare budget requests and compute salary and other accounting information.
• Prepare envelopes and mail orders; handle forms and charts.
