Qualifications

• Experience or education substitutions allowed: year-for-year credit up to four years for the degree requirement.
• Knowledge and ability in budgeting, statistical data analysis, and administration of grants and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Participates in formulation, execution, and control of budgets.
• Researches and gathers budget data; analyzes expenses and revenues.
• Prepares budget projections and related fiscal documents.
• Facilitates procurement of goods, services, and equipment; prepares contracts.
• Provides guidance to staff on purchasing activities and review of expenditures.
• Writes and presents reports and memorandums on management issues.
