Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking a Field Training Coordinator to oversee the Field Training Officer program across operations. You will mentor FTOs and preceptors, lead selection and onboarding, and manage scheduling for new hires, interns and students, ensuring adherence to clinical and safety standards.

Reporting to the Operations leadership, you will drive QA/QI reviews and liaise with clinical and safety teams to reinforce evidence-based practice and continuous improvement across the field

Qualifications

• Experience with analytical problem solving from data gathering to evaluation and recommendation.
• Strong critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving resolution skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Field Training Officer (FTO) program within the operation(s).
• Lead the selection process for FTOs and preceptors at the operation level.
• Schedule FTOs and preceptors for new employees, interns, and students.
