Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in EMS/PCBA with engineering leadership.
• Experience supervising Technical Engineering and SMT programming.
• Hands-on with FUJI SMT systems; IPC-A-610 proficiency.
• Strong data management of BOMs, CAD, Gerber files.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Engineering, Documentation Control, and SMT Programming teams.
• Oversee data readiness: BOMs, Gerber, centroid, drawings, and routing.
• Manage ERP/MES data entry, ECOs, and change control.
• Collaborate with Operations, Process Engineering, Quality, and Planning.
• Drive continuous improvement with KPI tracking and automation.
