Job summary

Superior Air-Ground Ambulance Service of Wisconsin, Inc. seeks an EMS Educator responsible for conducting EMS Initial Education and AHA courses in compliance with local, state, and accrediting guidelines.

You will develop lesson plans and document student progress to support program goals. The Educator leads curriculum evaluation, coordinates orientation with the Education Manager, and ensures timely grade reporting while maintaining high educational standards across multiple stations in

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED; higher education preferred.
• Minimum of three years EMS education experience; AHA instruction preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Platinum Education and FISDAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of State, NREMT, and CoAEMSP standards for EMS Initial Education.
• Lead curriculum development and evaluation to maintain quality education standards.
• Coordinate and oversee new student orientation with Education Manager.
• Monitor attendance and document absences weekly in electronic records.
• Submit final gradebook within 48 hours after course completion.
