Job summary

A leading utility services provider is seeking an experienced professional to support and maintain Dispatcher Training Simulator (DTS) and Energy Management System (EMS) environments. You will be responsible for model validation, defect resolution, and ensuring system functionality. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience with EMS applications, strong technical skills in system restoration, and familiarity with GE PowerOn Reliance or equivalent platforms. This role requires hands-on experience in both Linux and Windows environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in power system applications and EMS/DTS environments.
• Proven experience deploying fixes and performing maintenance on live customer systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform model validation and defect fixing for DTS systems.
• Execute technical corrective actions to restore failed or degraded EMS services.
• Conduct break/fix activities including code review, deployment, testing, monitoring, and post-implementation support.
