Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize all incoming calls (emergency and non-emergency).
• Dispatch vehicles to calls promptly and accurately.
• Make rapid, accurate decisions for CBD dispatch.
• Maintain radio communications with field units and agencies.
• Prepare reports on progress, problems, and statistics.
• Perform basic data entry and learn new computer programs.
