Job summary

Falck USA is seeking a dispatcher to receive calls requesting medical assistance and dispatch EMS units. You will operate radio equipment, triage requests, and communicate with Falck USA customers.

Training starts on a day shift, then you will be placed on nights after clearance. The role includes essential duties such as prioritizing calls, dispatching vehicles, and maintaining communication with field units.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year EMS/dispatch experience preferred.
• EMD certification preferred.
• CPR preferred.
• Must have computer competency including Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize all incoming calls for dispatch.
• Efficiently dispatch EMS vehicles to calls.
• Use CAD and radio systems to coordinate field units.
• Prepare and complete reports; basic data entry.
• Participate in training and complete levels as required.
• Maintain professional telecommunication with agencies.
