Falck USA is seeking a Dispatcher to receive calls for medical assistance, prioritize requests, and dispatch EMS units. You will work in a mission-critical environment with a strong emphasis on accurate information gathering and timely response.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• ETC/EMD Certification preferred.
• CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize all incoming calls and channel emergency and non-emergency calls to appropriate personnel.
• Dispatch vehicles to emergency and non-emergency calls promptly.
• Maintain professional communications with field units and other agencies.
• Complete reports on progress, problems and statistics for management review.
• Perform basic data entry and learn new computer programs.
