Job summary

Keystone Quality Transport is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to coordinate EMS transport requests, relay information to field crews, and maintain clear communication with callers and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year EMS Dispatch experience required.
• Strong computer skills with database and spreadsheet proficiency.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, professional communication and customer service orientation.
• High school diploma or GED required; EMT-Basic preferred.
• Experience with data entry and Microsoft systems (2000/XP or later) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate transport requests and relay to field crews.
• Ensure transports are picked up promptly and crews accounted for.
• Notify callers of delays or changes in schedules.
• Monitor and update schedules throughout shifts.
• Assist with problem solving and operational challenges.
• Perform duties of a Customer Service Representative as needed.
