Job summary

Qualifications

• Must obtain CADS (Certified Ambulance Documentation Specialist) within 1 year from hire date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communications with EMS Ambulance Service crews for patient transportation.
• Maintain accuracy and expediency of documenting activities for the System Service Center EMS Dispatch Center.
• Maintain current knowledge of EPIC software and EMS patient care reporting tools.
• Protect PHI and demonstrate exemplary communication and prioritization skills.
