Job summary

UK HealthCare in Lexington, KY seeks an Emergency Medical Dispatcher to join the Emergency Services team. The role involves managing emergency and non-emergency calls, dispatching ambulances, scheduling transports, and assisting with helicopter air traffic coordination for the university hospital.

Qualifications

• Preferred: additional air traffic control or large healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in helicopter air traffic control for UK Medical Center.
• Call intake for all incoming EMS units and relay pertinent information.
