Qualifications

• Develop and maintain EMS dashboards for reporting and QA.
• Act as ED/EMS liaison to improve patient flow and relations.
• Educate EMS partners and support EMS-related training and conferences.
• Investigate EMS-related complaints and support ED leadership with process improvements.
