Job summary

Qualifications

• EMS and/or air medical communications experience preferred.
• Medical terminology preferred.
• Must be computer literate and able to use Word and Excel.
• Excellent customer service under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communications for EMS transports and requests for transport.
• Maintain radio communications with crew and aircraft per FAA and PHI policies.
• Document transport details accurately in the network database.
• Assist with front-end billing and liaise with Patient Financial Services.
• Provide outbound follow-up on quotes and coordinate scheduling.
