Grady Health System seeks an experienced EMS Communications Manager to serve as the second-in-command to the Communications Director and to lead a high‑performing dispatch team. You will oversee daily EMS communications center operations, optimize deployment strategies, and drive service excellence across service areas.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• EMD Certification required.
• BLS CPR Certification required.
• Minimum 4 years supervisory/management in EMS communications or related field.
• Proven track record leading teams and driving improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily EMS communications center operations and dispatch.
• Serve as second-in-command to Communications Director.
• Lead deployment strategies, unit utilization, and system status management.
• Collaborate with EMS Operations, Support Services, and System Leadership.
• Coach and develop communications center supervisors and staff.
