Claremedica is seeking an EMR Training and Support Specialist to empower clinical and administrative staff with expert EMR usage. You will deliver role-based training, create user-friendly materials, and provide hands-on support to ensure smooth EMR adoption across centers in Central Florida.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of EMR training experience in healthcare, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel to centers for trainings.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of EMR training and support in healthcare.
• Understanding of clinical workflows and outpatient operations.
• Proven ability to deliver engaging EMR training and support.
• Familiar with value-based care concepts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and virtual training tools.
• Willingness to travel to centers for trainings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver role-based training to staff on EMR navigation.
• Develop and maintain training materials and manuals.
• Provide hands-on support and resolve EMR issues.
• Coordinate onboarding and go-live activities for EMR upgrades.
• Track participation and measure EMR adoption.
• Collaborate with site teams to align EMR usage with workflows.
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement.
• Document system issues and opportunities for improvement.
