Job summary

NYC Health + Hospitals Sea View seeks a Supervisory Training and Development Associate to design, implement, and maintain training for the Post-Acute Care EMR system. You will support clinical staff across five PAC facilities, ensure staff competency, and partner with IT and EMR teams to drive improvements.

You will develop training materials, guide SOPs, and lead sessions (in person and virtual), while promoting data integrity, patient safety, and efficient workflows in a dynamic healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required in Education, Public Health, Psychology, Personnel Administration, Management or related field.
• Four years of progressively responsible training/development experience, with at least one year in supervision/administration.
• Master's degree with three years of experience and one year in supervision/administration is acceptable.
• Extensive knowledge of training/manpower development and ability to assess organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and technical support to clinical staff across PAC facilities.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain the PAC EMR system training.
• Coordinate EMR training sessions (classroom, virtual, one-on-one).
• Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, SOPs.
• Monitor training completion and staff competency; provide follow-up education.
• Collaborate with EMR project teams and IT.
• Support change management, user adoption, and workflow optimization.
