PRISM Vision Group is seeking an EMR Operations Partner to bridge clinical and business operations with EMR configuration, integration, and support. You will translate how practices work into system requirements, manage vendor relationships, and drive value across the EMR platform.

The role is remote with EST-hours, paying $125K-$140K DOE, and focusing on Athena, SIS, and Nextech platforms, ensuring security, compliance, and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a complex EMR in healthcare or ambulatory care settings.
• Ability to translate clinical and business operations needs into system requirements and workflows.
• Experience owning vendor relationships and driving accountability for outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technology partner to clinical and business operations leaders on EMR configuration, integration, and workflow design.
• Own vendor relationships, manage escalations, track issue resolution, and ensure SLAs are met.
• Identify opportunities to maximize EMR value through feature adoption, workflow redesign, or new modules.
• Maintain data integrity, security, and HIPAA compliance within the EMR, including user access controls.
