Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience providing end user support in a clinical care setting.
• Five years of experience in a clinical care setting.
• RN with BSN preferred.
• Previous IT experience is preferred.
• Certificate in Healthcare Informatics or Nursing Informatics preferred.
• Project management experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide system-wide support for EMR applications and troubleshoot workflow issues.
• Develop and revise clinical order sets and support new projects.
• Provide after-hours application support as needed.
• Track and report work metrics and respond to information requests.
• Communicate with management regarding issues or requests outside normal operations.
