Job summary

Universal Health Services (UHS) Clinics seek an experienced Clinical Systems Analyst (EMR Specialist) to manage EMRs across the market, train physicians and staff, and optimize workflows in support of high-quality patient care. You will evaluate new practices, ensure compliance with corporate policies, and monitor EMR performance to implement improvements.

Key duties include improving clinical workflows, implementing policies, and providing ongoing staff training to maximize system effectiveness

Qualifications

• Experience with Physician Office business operations or practice management.
• Strong knowledge of physician office workflows and clinical terminology.
• Extensive experience with clinical workflows using IT systems.
• Knowledge of EMR and practice management solutions and related implementation/support methods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all EMRs across the market meet corporate policies and Meaningful Use guidelines.
• Train physicians and staff; develop training materials and documentation.
• Evaluate and optimize data entry and workflows within the EMR and practice management systems.
