Job summary

University Hospitals is seeking an IT Ambulatory Systems Liaison I to support activation and ongoing use of EMR and UH MyUHCare PHR. You will train and assist physicians, staff, patients, and families to adopt these applications and integrate them into daily workflows.

You will collaborate with IT, EMR/PHR project teams and Change Management to address adoption barriers, test designs, and ensure privacy and PHI protections while supporting flexible travel and varied schedules.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service and/or healthcare experience.
• Epic knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Ability to train and support end-users across varying skill levels.
• Proven communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide activation and ongoing support for EMR and UH MyUHCare PHR.
• Coach end-users on functionality and workflow integration.
• Collaborate with IT, EMR/PHR project teams and Change Management.
• Assist with end-user focus groups and feedback responses.
• Maintain PHI compliance and professional conduct.
