Job summary

Adaptive Biotechnologies is seeking an organized, proactive Integrated Solutions Specialist to support our commercial technology and EMR optimization strategy. This role advances initiatives, ensuring customer workflows and readiness stay on track while coordinating with multiple teams.

The Specialist owns defined workstreams, makes day-to-day decisions within scope, and escalates strategic or technical issues as needed to keep projects moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus at least 2 years of related experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or technology.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and driving projects to completion.
• Ability to organize work, manage competing priorities, and escalate when needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication across functions and levels.
• Ability to quickly learn EMR integration concepts and healthcare tech.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational execution of EMR integration projects from planning through launch.
• Document customer workflows, readiness, decisions, risks, and actions as truth source.
• Identify barriers and escalate risks affecting milestones or outcomes.
• Lead working sessions to clarify requirements and define next steps for projects.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to playbooks and onboarding materials.
