Job summary

PreBorn! is a national nonprofit dedicated to providing life‑affirming care through clinics, telehealth, and partnerships. The EMR Implementation Specialist will lead and support the adoption of our EMR platform across affiliated clinics.

Reporting to the VP VCS, the role requires hands‑on project coordination, workflow analysis, data readiness, testing, training, and go‑live support to ensure clinics realize efficient, compliant, and life‑saving technology deployments nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, information systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of software/EMR/EHR implementation experience.
• Experience working with end users during technology implementation.
• Ability to manage multiple implementations and priorities.
• Strong workflow analysis and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic EMR implementations and ensure adoption.
• Discover workflows and configure systems for clinics.
• Manage data migration and system readiness activities.
• Coordinate testing and quality assurance processes.
• Coordinate training and clinic adoption efforts.
• Provide go-live and post‑implementation support.
• Maintain strong clinic relationships and cross‑functional collaboration.
