Job summary

A Path of Care is seeking an experienced EMR Implementation Specialist to lead pre-sales consulting and post-sales deployment for healthcare clients in Oklahoma. You will guide demos, map workflows, configure systems, train users, and drive adoption onsite across clinics and hospitals.

Travel to sites in Oklahoma and nearby states will be regular, and you will collaborate with product, engineering, and sales leadership to ensure on-time go-lives and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

5+ years of EMR/EHR implementation experience (8+ preferred) in healthcare vendor or consultancy.
Hands-on expertise with at least one major EMR (Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH, Athenahealth, etc.).
Excellent communication and training skills with clinical users and executives.

Responsibilities

Map workflows to EMR functionality during pre-sales and client engagement.
Own end-to-end EMR rollouts: requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, testing, and training.
Provide onsite go-live support, hypercare, and post-implementation optimization.
Serve as voice of the customer in product and engineering discussions.
