Job summary

Triomics is seeking a Project Manager based in New York City to oversee the planning and execution of customer onboardings for our EMR-integrated clinical trial matching solution. The role involves managing deployments, building project plans, and coordinating internal teams to ensure successful go-lives.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of experience in project management within health tech, particularly with EMR systems. Strong communication skills are essential to translate between clinical and technical stakeholders. Travel to customer locations may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of technical/operational project management or implementation experience, ideally in health tech.
• Experience managing EMR-integrated deployments end-to-end.
• Comfort translating between technical and clinical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding and go-live end-to-end.
• Drive accountability on both sides to keep deployments on track.
• Act as a project manager/quarterback for all integrations.
