Job summary

triomics inc. is hiring an Oncology Clinical Navigator based in New York City to enhance the adoption and training of the Triomics platform across clinical settings. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, and clinical research coordinators, facilitating a seamless integration of the technology into their workflows.

Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of oncology, alongside excellent communication skills and technology proficiency. This role combines clinical expertise with technology to improve patient care through better software utilization.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as an oncology nurse, clinical research coordinator (CRC), or a similar role.
• First-hand experience in oncology care and/or clinical research at a cancer center.
• Strong understanding of oncology treatment processes and terminology.
• Demonstrated ability to teach and influence clinical peers.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-user adoption and training for the Triomics platform.
• Partner with clinical and research teams to understand workflows.
• Implement account-specific adoption plans with customers.
• Provide hands-on support during platform implementation.
