Erickson Senior Living’s Linden Ponds in Hingham, MA seeks a Security and Emergency Services Officer II (EMR/EMT) to implement security and emergency services programs and provide outreach within the community.

This full‑time role offers Fri/Sat/Sun 7am–7pm or Sat/Sun/Mon 7pm–7am shifts, with compensation of $22–$26 per hour and a rich benefits package including health, 401(k) matching, and on-site medical centers. Growth opportunities exist as the community expands.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Prior experience in Security and/or Emergency Medical Services is preferred; EMR certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols of the property and respond to emergency and routine calls for service.
• Enforce all traffic and parking regulations.
• Respond to calls for service from dispatch and security.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide efficient care utilizing basic interventions.
• Follow up on reports of missing items, theft, vandalism, and other potential criminal activity.
• Coordinate with local police, fire, and EMS during emergencies.
• Complete thorough incident reports using the online report system.
